What are the steps to order my custom reusable bags?

1. Select the bag style you require and the material fabric
2. Choose the color for the material
3. Determine the size and handle length
4. Send us your logo and tell us how many colors you wish to print
5. Our graphic designer will create a virtual layout for your approval
6. Production
7. Delivery

Can I customize the size of my bags?

Yes, you can create your very own bag. You can customize the dimensions, the colors, the printing and even the handle length. We can pretty much manufacture any bag according to your specifications.

How long will it take to receive my bags?

If we have the bags in stock, you can expect to receive the bags in 1-4 weeks depending on the print complexity. For fully customized bag, the process from start to finish should take approximately 10-12 weeks.

What are the minimum quantities?

For bags in stock with printing, the minimum quantity is 100-250 bags, depending on the model. If you are looking for a fully customized bag (size and print), the minimum quantities start at 1,000 bags.

Can I print a full color image on my bag?

Yes, we have the capabilities to do 4 color print process on our bags. We are able to recreate very detailed designs and pictures on your bags. The file has to be a high resolution Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator file. Minimum quantities apply.

Can I use embroidery for my logo?

Yes. We do many projects that require embroidery. However, certain bag materials are better suited for this application such as polyester 600D.

What are the available materials?

We are able to make bags in polypropylene, cotton, polyester, nylon and PET (100% recycled plastic material). Please visit the material information section for detailed information on the subject.

Where can you ship my order?

We presently have numerous clients across Canada and the United States (California, Florida, New York, Texas,…). We are able to ship to every Canadian Province and every State in the US, except for Hawaii.

I don’t have a bag design, can you assist me?

We have an in-house graphic designer that can design your bag from start to finish. Please call us for more information about this service and the fees.

Are there any additional charges?

Once you get your price quotation, there are no additional fees. Our prices included the computer layout, the printing molds and the custom printing. Only shipping fees will vary depending on your location.

How do I know your quality is good?

We work with many national companies and have a very high rate of repeat business. Over the past years, we have established strict guidelines when it comes to quality control. We are also more than happy to give out 3 references to all of our new customers if they request so.

Can I customize the thickness of the material?

Yes. For instance polyester, cotton, nylon and polypropylene can easily come in different thicknesses. Typically, the thickness of a material is measured in grams per square meter (gsm). Polypropylene is available in (90 gsm, 100 gsm, 120 gsm, 140 gsm). Cotton is available in (6 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz). Please call us for more information on material thickness.

Can I customize the handles of my bags?

Yes. All of the handle lengths and width can be made according to your specifications. You can also have handles with a different color than the bag to give a contrasting effect.

Do you support charitable organizations?

Yes. Every year, we make quite a few projects for non-profit organizations. If you are a non-profit organization you might be eligible for a discount on your order. Please call us for more information.
